The email address and information you provide will not be sold, rented or loaned to any party outside Long Beach Antique Market or the Collectx family.
No public page displays or provides member email addresses, to prevent outside computers or other people from collecting them.
    Your data is used only in aggregate, except:

  1. When you join, an email may be sent to you alone, to insure it was really you who subscribed as a member.
  2. When you unsubscribe, an email is sent to you alone so you will know if someone else has removed you.
  3. If you choose one of our features that lets other collectors contact you individually.
  4. If we contact you alone regarding a change or problem with your account.
We promise not to contact you for others outside the Collectx family who offer us money, value or securities to do so (i.e. advertising).
We will contact you with news and discount offers of specific interest to collectors who want to learn more about our live events and the products for sale there.
Only messages about antiques and collectibles and where to find them will be sent to our members.
 

All messages from Long Beach Antique Market will contain CL: in the subject line, and all messages from the Collectx family will have CL: at the start of the email subject.
This way, you can set your email software to sort these messages into separate areas. Consult your email client software help section to see if you can use this feature.
Every message from us will contain instructions to REMOVE your data from our computer. We do not use your email replies to register that your address is still active. Instead, we provide a web site where you can delete your own data.
"Remove" really means REMOVE!
Your unsubscription will delete your data from our computer, not just mark or set it aside. We'll send a final message, in case someone else is deleting your data.
When you give us your email, we instantly scan to see if you've been here before, perhaps for another Collectx event or dealer. This way, you can return again and again for any dealer or promoter's discount without winding up in yet another database or getting multiple emails.
